Project overview

Client

The Connecticut Coffee Collaborative (CCC) is a small, yet mighty group of specialty coffee professionals. Intending to operate as a 501(c)3 non-profit, this association focuses on educational training, hands-on training, and promoting positive workplace and business support for all in specialty coffee.

Approach

When Taki Tanaka proposed the idea for this association consisting of eight board member, I, operating in the role of Creative Director, built a visual identity to promote our presence, both online and in-person. Our visual branding nods to CT roots and is scalable throughout any need.

Our mission

It is a movement working to build a more inclusive and supportive coffee community across the state.

Community Focus

The collaborative aims to connect people within the local coffee scene, from baristas to café owners and enthusiasts.

Jingle & Mingle

In our first event to introduce our board, we held an event at WeHa Coffee Roasters located in West Hartford, Connecticut. Jason, better known as “New England Coffee Guy” graciously donated his space for our winter gathering where we introduced ourselves to the greater Connecticut coffee scene.

EVENT
