Project overview
The challenge
Legrand designs electrical and digital infrastructure for the spaces where people live, work and meet. Central Marketing needed the brand updated to match the company’s mission, with consistent assets across North and Central America.
My role
As Graphic Designer for Central Marketing, I helped evolve the brand guidelines and produced the work that carried them: web pages, print collateral, trade show graphics, sustainability campaigns and video.
LEED with Legrand
I wireframed and designed LEED-focused pages for legrand.us, using clear calls to action and internal links to guide visitors. The mobile-friendly pages also gave existing, undesigned content new life.
WEB
Corporate brochure and stationery
An 8×8 corporate brochure built on a clear type hierarchy, custom illustrations and the brand’s color system, printed for new hires, events and the sales team, with matching business cards.
Sustainability campaigns
With Legrand’s Sustainability team, I designed the annual Energy Marathon, event graphics for Greenbuild and signage celebrating the West Hartford headquarters’ LEED certification, turning goals like a smaller carbon footprint into things employees saw every day.

Outcome
Results
The refreshed brand carried across the website, print, trade shows and video, and I supported multiple rebrands during my time there.
Lessons
Clear guidelines did more for consistency than any single piece. Once the rules were written down, web, print and video could move quickly without drifting apart.
